Using iCloud to export the contacts to Huawei phone requires you to back up the contacts on iPhone with iCloud at first.

Step 1: Open the Firefox or Chrome on your computer and go to iCloud.com. Sign in with your Apple account and password.
Step 2: Click Contacts on the main screen and select the contacts you want to sync to your Huawei phone. Or you can click the gear button at the lower left bottom and choose to Select All to copy the whole contacts.
Step 3: Select Export vCard and save it on your computer.
