With location services enabled on your iPhone, your location information will be accessed by some Apps or websites. Thus to protect your privacy, you may want to turn off the location services on your iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone X to keep your location unavailable or only allow some Apps to access your location information. If you think it's necessary for some Apps on your iPhone to access your location information, you can just enable location services for these App following the tips below.
Step 1: Open Settings App on your iPhone 8/8 Plus/X. (In Settings App, you can also turn on AssistiveTouch to take a screenshot on your iPhone 8/8 Plus/X without pressing buttons.)
Step 2: Scroll down to choose Privacy and then tap on Location Services.
Step 3: Find and click the App you allow to use your location information and choose While Using the App. Find the click the App you forbid to use your location information and choose Never. While if you don't want any Apps or system services to access your location, you just need to turn off location services completely.
